Omnis Communications builds fibre networks for operators, main contractors and private clients across the UK. Whether it is a full-fibre (FTTP) rollout, a new business connection or a backbone route between sites, we handle the installation from duct to drop.

Because our engineers are in-house, the same team can take a route from civils through cabling to splicing and testing, which keeps handovers tight and programmes on track.

What is fibre cable blowing?

Cable blowing uses compressed air to carry fibre cable through a duct or microduct. It allows long continuous runs with very little tension on the cable, and is quicker than traditional pulling on many routes.

Do you install both underground and overhead fibre?

Yes. We install fibre through underground duct networks and on overhead pole routes, and can combine both on the same project.

Can you take on the whole fibre build?

Yes. We can deliver civils, cabling, splicing and testing as one package, or provide a single discipline to support your own teams.
